At FrameLoc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We believe in the quality of our plugin and want to ensure you have a risk-free experience.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If for any reason the plugin does not work for your project or you are not satisfied with its performance, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
Submit your request within 14 days of the purchase date.
Provide your Order ID or the Email Address used during checkout.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at the contact page (framerloc.com/contact) or use the contact form on our website. Please include your order details so we can process your request quickly.
4. License Revocation
Once a refund is processed:
Your license key will be immediately deactivated.
You must stop using the plugin and remove it from your Framer projects.
The plugin functionality will cease to work on any project associated with the refunded license.
5. Processing Time
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Once approved, the funds usually appear in your bank account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
