Email Address: To send your license key, important updates, and support communications.
License Key: To validate your purchase and manage your access rights.
Project ID: To link your license to specific Framer projects (in accordance with our per-project licensing model).
Timestamps: We record the date and time of your account creation (
created_at) and any subsequent updates (updated_at) to manage your subscription status and support history.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Service Provision: To deliver the plugin functionality and verify your license key against your project.
License Verification: To prevent unauthorized use and ensure compliance with our licensing terms (e.g., verifying that a license key is used on the correct Project ID).
Support: To assist you with technical issues, where knowing your Project ID and License Key helps us troubleshoot effectively.
Communication: To send you transactional emails (receipts, license keys) and essential product updates.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in our database. We implement standard industry security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties.
4. Payments
We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record to handle all payments and tax compliance. We do not process or store your credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their Privacy Policy. When you purchase a license, Lemon Squeezy shares the necessary customer details (such as your email and name) with us to fulfill your order.

You have the right to:
Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of any incorrect data (e.g., updating your email address).
Deletion: Request the deletion of your account and associated data. Please note that deleting your data will revoke your license and access to the plugin.
